You've waited a long time for this...it may not live up to all expectations, but hopefully gives you hint of things to come along with actually seeing and hearing a few of the great folks who help make NR's Header Flames one of the coolest spots on the web. Please note that once again I am experimenting with compression techniques and hope this file is viewable to most all of you, and doesn't buffer too much.

One way to look at this is thinking of how one day these four guys will be drag racing nostalgia themselves, as they are among the first to actually embrace this technology, and use it as a communication medium to meet. They came from three of the four corners of the United States and without the web maybe would never have met and become friends. That's what this is all about people, and it's only going to get bigger and better.

In closing I thank you all for helping make this web coverage of the 1998 NHRA California Hot Rod Reunion a fun, learning experience. My trip to Bakersfield with Denise was one I will treasure for the rest of my life. Thanks to the internet I can share those memories along with all of you. If you enjoyed what I put together here, let me say that it is only the beginning. Look for more of this kind of thing in 1999 and beyond right here in Horsepower Heaven.
