And now a moment I have long awaited. the unveiling of the finest photos available from the most famous race ever, in the history of Mission Raceway. From the archives of Murray Chambers comes the Winged Express and Sush Matsubara in Joe's Hilborn-huffed Fiat. Maybe one day I'll yard out that interview I did with Mondello when he was at Ashcroft in 1997 with the Welfringers and fire up the RealAudio encoder.

I will soon have access to the original story and results of this memorable meeting of FAs. (There were two more here as well. Who can name them?..cars and drivers...it was way cooler when the cars had names!)
