The Verenka 'crew'
Calgary's Ed Verenka ran great on his first D6 outing with nitro car.
Dave Smith Motors was everywhere this weekend sponsoring the Hemi Shootout, though Mike Cofini failed to qualify.
As did Greg Tacke in the very tough field.
Marv Mueller really has his car running hard as he qualified into the Top Comp field in the number nine spot with a 7.21/186
Another 6.48 from Shawn Cowie and the Mundies crew from Richmond BC had them atop the big Top Comp field.
Jeff Devey shakin the body panels on a hard leave. Twin Falls Idaho driver is currently second in points behind Todd Hoerner.
Super Pro runner-up Bill Huntington leaves on one and a half tires in an early try to make the Top Comp field.
