NOTES: This was not only a Test n Tune for the racers, but for HH too. It was the first chance we've had to wring out our new digital camera. As you can see we definitely suffered through a good bit of newcameraitis, but overall we were quite pleased with the results. We discovered that the camera settings are unlike anything we've used before and there is a slight shutter lag that was quickly overcome with trying a number of the modes the Panasonic Lumix FZ1 has. We've posted these images a bit larger than usual, and despite the fact they have been jpeg'd three times from the original didn't come out too bad. FYI unlike formats such as tiff, each time you resave a jpeg it looses quality. From here on our digital images will include the big HH name so that when you copy, repost etc. everyone will know from where they came. Please feel free to download these at no charge, but PLEASE support us by not removing the HH name. If you do we'll simply stop posting, it's as simple as that....and we will identify publicly who is ripping us off so you will gain much notoriety and meet all kinds of new 'friends'. We can now offer digital images for sale as well. It's a unique format that nobody else is using, but we won't be doing much as to not cut into not only our video business, but that of our many still photographer friends. Now enjoy this first effort, it will get better. Sorry for no captions, but we have a life....or we try to. And to the many who were at this race and are not included here, it's because yur on video and if we can get to that later today will post some.
