Warren Wheelie Hilights Sky-High Day at MRP

Round one of the big Canada West Doorslammer Series TCS Shootout saw Dave Warren take his BlueMax Automotive nitrous BB '62 Chevy for this moon shot ride.

He brought it down not bad...

Then up it went again...

Coming down hard enough to what was rumored to be a possible bent frame.

Meanwhile Dave Richardson took the two grand TCS Shootout money with a final round victory over Terry Spargo (seen above beside Warren).

Collett's cool Camaro givin' the HH camcorder a show in time trials.

Not to be out done, how's this from the Oldtimer Cuda.

The Kirby/Sjostrom/Ries '38 Chevy was on hand testing.

Chris Martin had this weird launch (note injectors closed) as he got air under nearly every tire at some point.

Moznik Camino runs a 9.70/137.59 in street legal trim.

Rob Murphy on his way to a 7.66/185.33

Peter Wille is still trying to get an eight second pass out of his amazing stick Cuda. Best today was a 9.03.

No name, but cool wheelie.

Another no-name piece...but what a piece it is.

Turbo beetle is ultra trick.

Had some sparks show up on wheelie/burnout.

Neat eh?

Hard launch...but not much more on it's maiden voyage.

Marv & Rhonda Wiebe's new Pro Stock legal (Super Gas for now) S-10.

Along with slick transporter.

More tomorrow if I can. LP
